Returns and refunds

Please consider carefully before purchasing an item and ensure correct spelling for any personalisation fields. We don’t accept refunds and returns for change of mind once an order has been placed. However, if you are dissatisfied with your product due to fault or if an item arrives broken or damaged during transit, return it for recycling and we will replace it.

By processing your order, you acknowledge and accept that due to the nature of timber, each piece is unique and variations in etching results could vary from pictures shown. This also includes grain variations, timber colouring, knots and other inconsistencies that may be present but are not considered a fault.

Production & Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days for orders to be custom-made and shipped to you. If you have a rush order, please contact us before processing your order to ensure we can complete it on time for you. We are a small family-run business and have another family commitments so your patience is appreciated.
